There are widespread myths from the ancient world that the universe was created by a spider and that its web represents reality's true nature: the interconnectedness of all things. Every continent seems to have a variation of this archetypal story, and that's what this necklace design is inspired by.
The pendant dimensions are roughly 1.75 x 1.5 inches. The web is crowned by a rose-cut purple amethyst, and suspended from rolo chain with an adjustable length from 16-18 inches and another secret amethyst at the end.
